Lots of good advice here. Wish I'd read it a few years ago before I taught my first two- and three-year-olds in Japan! Lots of struggles and tears but also so much fun, love and progress! Teaching ESL to little kids is one of the most satisfying things I've ever done and I still keep in touch with some of the parents and kids.
