So Vacation isn’t an option just yet. Ever think of giving yourself a Time Out during the day?

We give them nearly every day to our students for misbehaving. Time Outs allows for children to reflect on their behaviour and to help them socially behave in an acceptable way.

However, taking them ourselves for even just five minutes between classes is also an excellent way for you, the ESL teacher to catch your breath and prepare yourself for the next round.

This week we take a look at the importance of taking those brief but necessary moments during the day to pamper ourselves. After all, if you don't take care of yourself, who will?
