Using art as a supplement to help students gain valuable insight into a subject matter…


... is an excellent way of encouraging your students to actively take control of their learning process. Over the course of the last year I often found that when working with students who had no previous experience in speaking English the use of pictures helped students associate English words with Korean counterparts.

Being artistic doesn't mean you have to know how to draw or create sculptures of immense beauty. Often times you need nothing more than some Playdough or some scraps of paper and a keen sense of humor with the willingness to experiment with your students' sense of adventure.
